Interpretation

For my blog I had many ideas on what to write and how to set everything up. I had ideas about the font, the colour, the background, Pictures to add, and links to include The font I chose for all three entries was Trebuchet, and this is because is was easy to read, very plain and classic. I realize that in the time of this story they wouldn’t have had computers to blog, but if they did I think they wouldn’t have very advanced font styles. The colour I chose for the first two blog was red. I chose this because Ulrich was anxious and wanted to kill, so I used the red representing blood. The back for all of them is black, simple and classic and dark, like the mood that the story gives off. Pictures were a little tougher. In the first blog entry I used an older rifle that would have belonged to Ulrich the one he was going to use to kill the enemy. Picture number two is a picture of twiddling thumbs which I thought fit good with Ulrich’s growing anticipation as he waits for the perfect moment to o out and battle Georg. I chose a man in a full body cast which says that Ulrich survived but was very badly hurt in the accident. Lastly the link on the bottom of the last entry I put there to give people a chance to send their condolences to the family. It is a popular way to do as letters and cards have dropped in popularity. All in all, I put a lot of thought into which font, colour scheme, background, pictures and links to include.
